Why are utility bill envelopes now printed with the flap on the bottom?

The evening before last, I took a trail ride. It was well into the eighties and it felt great to have salty wet skin again. I like riding in the winter, but I love riding in the summer. I wanted to see what level of heart-rate I could sustain. At my age, classical calculations put my maximum at around 166bpm. I was able to top out at 184 and sustained 172-176 for approximately 1/2 hour. I've never pushed myself quite that hard, but it felt good to push the envelope just a little more than usual.
