When I was about twelve, there was a Hanna-Barbera cartoon that lasted only a few seasons. The Mighty Mightor was about a prehistoric fellow named Tor who had a magical wooden club. Whenever he raised this club he would transform into Mightor. Mightor/Tor had a companion dinosaur named Tog who would transform into a fire-breathing dragon. I barely remember the cartoon but for some strange reason I have always remembered one of Mightor's lines which was simply "Don't do it, Tog"
In college, one of my favorite subjects was Electrical Engineering. I had a great professor and even though there were tons of numerical calculations utilizing simultaneous and differential equations, Fourier and Laplace Transforms, Thévenin's and Kirchoff's laws and the like, I did enjoy the class immensely and briefly considered getting a Master's in this line. I've forgotten most of this subject matter but I recall having a fondness for the Mesh Current Method which utilized sets of simultaneous equations, Kirchoff's and Ohm's laws to solve for unknown currents in a DC power network
